Designed to remove and tighten the wiper bezel nut 17512-1A and the headlight bezel nut 11650-1A into the dash without damaging the chrome. Machined from strong 6061 billet aluminum. This dedicated tool is made from solid billet aluminum with a red anodized finish. The design allows for the use of a 7/8 or 22mm wrench if needed.
Caution! Do not over-tighten! This may damage the tool and the bezel. Use firm pressure pushing the tool into the bezel while loosening or tightening with wrench. Hand tightening in most cases should be sufficient.
Note that this tool fits original light switch bezels. It does not work well on the current repro light bezels 11650-1A. Works perfectly on wiper bezel nuts whether original or our repro 17512-1A.

Works well, much better than trying to use a pair of needle-nose pliers.

it worked well on the light switch, but not so great on the wiper switch. I should have used a large screwdriver, but I thought this would have less of a chance of damaging the switch bezels. Save the money and use a large screwdriver, while being careful not to scratchup the bezels.

Product did the job it was designed for but the metal was so soft it deformed and is now useless. Given the cost and shipping rate it was not a very good product. I realize the quality issue is not on NPD, but it was of poor quality non the less.

Worked, but the ends didn’t hold up and rounded off making it very hard to use. So works on OEM nuts IF they are clean and oiled but if you are taking off the original nuts and they are stuck, the ends aren’t strong enough to not get damaged and then making the tool hard if not impossible to use.

I'm sure this tool works on some models. I have a 66 Chevy C20 and it will not work on light or wiper bezel or the chock cable nut. It appears well made and the cost was fine, but the application was off.

Exactly what I needed! This tool has came in handy over the years, whether it was used to replace the: wiper switch and harness, the light switch and harness, or simply used to polish the original bezel's, on my late '66 Coupe.
