Good enough to go on the car. On my car there was a small screw attaching the front and back of the felt. On the replacements this didn't exist. I'm not sure what the originals had or if this was a alteration made by a previous owner. Either way I used a small drill bit to punch a hole in the new felt to attach it. Without this modification, the front and back edges are not held tightly to the car and I doubt it would take long to self destruct in 70MPH driving conditions are a car wash. The felt and chrome was good condition though and fits well. If the screws were original, i would recommend NPD add this or its a pain to do yourself without degrading the felt at the ends.
