I purchased this product for application to my 1972 convertible Cougar. The strip fit easily into the tract of the rear trunk lid. The problem was the strip was more than 24 inches too short.

Looks and fits just like the original. Car hasn't seen rain or been washed yet, but as long as it keeps the water out.
