Excellent, as original! The back glass can be quite difficult to install and needs a second set of hands to get it done, more so than most installs, as the bottom of the seal has no flange to position it in place. First use a good sealer between the glass and weather strip, let it set up! Insert a 5/16" cord into the mounting slot from bottom thru the top. when setting the glass, position it, centering in the flanges. Place some spacers at the top flange to keep the glass in position, then, with your helper pushing down on the glass , pull the cord bottom ends first to pull the seal over the flanges and continue thru to the top, hope this helps...
