Came with gaskets and back plate. Great instructions as well reminding you to verify back plate install. Overall very happy with it and have noted a drop in my normal idle and driving temperatures since replacing previous pump. Price and performance makes it an easy recommendation.

Quality looks good. However, I have to return the pump because it has a backing plate. My timing cover is the early version without backing plate. 4 stars because I think the description needs to be updated to indicate this is the backing plate type.
