The construction quality is very nice. Inside, there are "baffles" - basically what appear to be aluminum plates that are secured in a manner that covers the PCV Valve hole opening, or the oil tube opening, with gaps around the edges, to enable the covers to breathe from the pressure while minimizing, or preventing, the oil from getting up, running up, or expelling through the hole. I haven't installed them yet but I believe they will work better than the existing, much older, edelbrock valve covers that don't have such baffles. And the appearance is very nice.
