Both grommets fit good but were the same part, elbo grommets. The picture could mislead you in thinking they are different shaped parts, one is just upside down. I believe the original installation has the pvc grommet slightly tilted.

This grommet sold by this vendor is the only one that has a good tight fit. Tried OER, Dorman, and HeartBeat City's... they all fit a little bit loose and will cause a vaccum leak around the PCV valve.
