We needed 6A, so must have goofed up on the order. We called hoping to exchange for the right item. We have to pay to mail this back, that will cost $80.00. Not worth it. We ordered over $800.00 worth of parts and will order more at some point. I was hoping for a better option, so am disappointed.

Appointed in the customer service on a problem. The item is likely good, but it was not what we ordered. When we called, we are unable to get an exchange. Just send the product back would be 80 bucks, and only cost 93, so is clearly not worth it. We were hoping for a more friendly exchange due to the fact that our total order was almost $900, and we have plenty more to order.
