Fine thick burlap with nice vinyl covering, fit perfectly in my old Mustang. I lay down an old piece of carpet over the gas tank first, just to give extra protection. Together with the right bolt and wing nut over the spare, my trunk looks and functions like it should.

It fits like the picture, big gaps at the wheel well. Wish it was offered under spare tire. I cut the stitching out to make it fit better and hot glued reinforcement behind. wish the material yardage was offered to cut and fit myself.
