I thought these were nicely made for the price. A little waviness in the chrome, but definitely usable. Don't use a mallet to put these on, take the wheel of the car and get 2 of the spring clips locked onto the wheel edge with the wheel standing up. I then lean the wheel against a wall and hold the trim ring with the 2 locked spring clips tight to the wheel with my knee's. I then use a long screwdriver and move the other 2 spring clip locking tabs under the wheel edge.
