IHO, this is a better product than the original. I'm very happy with the fit - it went in perfectly, with proper sized cut outs for wiring, the high-mounted third break light and seat belts. The color is exactly what I expected, as well. The photo in the online catalog shows two pieces of additional carpeting that I assumed would be used to cover the seat belt covers, but my box didn't come with them. This isn't important to my build, but a simple call to NPD should clear it up; perhaps the additional carpet isn't included any longer. If this is important to the buyer, they should call NPD before ordering.
