Verified Buyer Transmission Crossmember

The slots for the transmission insulator were not parallel to each other so the insulator would not mount without modification of the crossmember and the crossmember is of a lighter gauge steel than the original.

We have looked at this issues, and on one hand, yes, the slots are slightly out-of-parallel. On the other hand, using our stock-replacement Anchor brand tranny mount and an NOS Ford mount, they install flush, without any modification or clearancing needed, and slides back and forth the full range of the slots without any resistance. In other words, we see the issue, but we do not see any functional problem from the issue. Unless an aftermarket/performance mount is being used that has a slightly different center-center stud dimension than the stock original mount.
