Fits and works, but cheap part. Per NPD (Richard Smidt) these are the only ones available these days. It's not a motorcraft part don't let the OEM numbers fool you. Can easily get same part at local parts store for same price without the wait. It's a pioneer ca-8459 better off going to a wrecking yard and getting real part.

This throttle cable is 3/16 of an inch too short from the ball stud to the mounting bracket on the engine. The boss that is supposed line up the clip on cruse control is 1/8 inch to far forward and I had to trim it off to get it to fit and use a fuel line clamp to hold it in place. I had to drill the mounting bracket bolt holes from 5/16, stock size to 3/8 to get the cable to fit on the ball stud and not pulling the throttle part of the way open.
