Installation takes about 2-3 hours... I installed it on the floor with floor jacks, wheel ramps and jack stands. Take your time. The feel of the vehicle (57 Ford Thunderbird) noticeably improved. Feels more stable, solid and has less body roll, on cornering. It is worth the price.

Bought for 1957 Thunderbird. I heard a lot of people recommending this enhancement so for the cost I was willing to give it a try. Used a local shop to install them along with new shocks all around and a new sway bar in the front as well. Wife says she does not notice a difference, but I certainly feel the car handles much more stable on the tight corners. I looked at a lot of options and this was the best product at the best price.

When installed, definitely has a positive impact on balance handling with larger companion larger front bar installed. Good quality hardware. Fits with some fiddling/ re-positioning before final bolt tightening. Buy a 6-8” 3/8” steel drill bit for bar end anchors. You must put the rear wheels on stands to get a static ride height before drilling chassis holes. Don’t be in a hurry and think it thru, you’ll be fine. Does not change ride height or stiffness. But does prevent sideways axle motion that tends to put rub marks on radial whitewalls. I highly recommend the combination of larger front and added rear bar. Flatter cornering, add to stability, safety.
