This fixed my bad door rattles when driving. The metal posts are covered in a nylon plastic sleeve that were missing from my truck. The plastic striker post are sold separately, but you can’t just replace the sleeves as the washer at the bottom of the post where it meets the door sill is not removable. Had to order this “complete” piece instead.

Worked like OEM. These posts are worth the money to get your doors to close tight. Like mine your plastic/rubber part has probably worn away. My truck is a 22 plus year old restoration and these small things were part of freshening it up and making the Bronco "tight" again like factory. If you are doing the hinges then do these.

The strikers you get do not look like what is pictured. The car originally had a silver cad striker which is what the picture shows. The one you get will be gold cad plated.

This fixed my door latch problem. I had replaced the door latch with a Dorman latch. The NPD latch’s nylon bushing is about.020 inch narrower than the Dorman latch which another reviewer noted! I then decided to try the NPD latch because my door would barely latch completely and when it did the door was so tight and hard to open I was freaking out! The NPD latch made all the difference. My doors now close perfectly! Very happy to get that nagging issue resolved.
