Repro. Foam rubber. Center piece can be used to replace the B8LY-3B631-A tube plug at the bottom of the steering column as well. 1 15/16” O.D. x 15/16” I.D. x 1” thick. Correct die stamped foam. Not hand cut from insulation. Fits between the inner tube and the steering shaft. It is suggested that you lube these seals with a good dose of graphite powder prior to installation. See also 7C102-1A.
