Worked fine on my 68' Metuchen Built Coupe. The hook that is farthest from the spring was a little longer than my original and I had to snip about an 1/8 inch off to make it the same as the original.

The only thing I found with this spring is at the top you need to clip the bend off. Other than that it fit perfectly.

Looks just like the original spring. Haven’t installed it yet, bought them as a spare. I thought the $12 shipping charge for 2 springs that at most weighted an ounce or two was pretty steep. Otherwise I may have given five stars, just maybe.
