At firewall. Repro. Black closed cell foam tube. These were originally assembled with the speedometer cable however repro cables do not have this seal. Installing this seal will require slicing the tube with a razor blade, wrapping it around the cable and gluing the foam back together. Black weatherstrip adhesive, 3M8008, works well. A Stanley carpet blade, 11-525, works very well to cut these.
