Fit Perfectly to my 5.0L 302 on my 1970 Mustang. If using a 3.8L bellhousing for your transmission you will need to make a minor adjustment to it and cut out the area for the starter. Reason for 4 stars is doesnt specify if item is only for a 5.0L bellhousing and had minor rust when recieved other then that great replacement part.
