The color and gloss is good but the oval is sized incorrectly so that the shifter shaft won't go through it. The hole is just too small.

As the other reviewer notes, the hole is too small for the stock automatic shifter shaft on my 1965 and the plastic broke easily when I tried to enlarge the hole. I am going to try the same part offered by Scott Drake. Not my usual experience with NPD.

The quality is fine and the item came as described but unless you have the shift selector plate this item is practically useless. Had I not got rid of the packaging I would be returning it.
