While installing convertible inner rockers on my 69 coupe, I discovered the seat pans had a good amount of rust hiding on the floor pan underneath. I took care of the rust with some ospho and replacing a couple small sections then to further strengthen the floor I ordered this 16 guage 1 piece seat pan. I used my small drill press and my plasma cutter along the outer edge and on the center top and sides of the trans tunnel hump to make holes so I can rosette weld this to my floor pan. I would have loved if this already had the holes but I have the tools so it's fine.
