Simple and straightforward to install. All I needed was a utility knife to split the center of the rubber membrane to give it a little more room for the shifter. Fits and looks great.

Worked great-- when move the shifter it doesnt bind up on the rubber like the old one did. The old one one I replaced didnt last long because it was to stiff...

Fits properly but you have to cut the thin center strip of rubber in order to install. While it’s not hard to cut, you end up with jagged rubber after doing so which make the part look bad. The seal needs to be precision cut when manufactured and not left up to the customer!

A good quality part but not the size I need for a bezel seal.

Don’t like the fact you have to cut out the slot, hard to do and have a clean cut. After installing and moving the shifter twice, it folded in ward and ripped on the left side. Way to tight on that side. Not installed wrong, line up the holes and attach with clips. Will look for another brand and see if that fits better.
