I purchased this run assembly and it looked great out of the box. Once installed I found that my window was not aligned properly and the “felt” material had separated from the assembly. I removed the assembly from the car and could see the double sided tape was not adequate or strong enough to hold the felt in place. I use an adhesive to reinstall the felt material and it works fine. You should have to fix a new item.
