Info said it was GM . I thought that meant it was a genuine GM part but there is no sign of that. In plastic bag and not typical GM box. I don't really know what I have

GM sells
these fuel pump rods as a box of 5 rods. Obviously, you don’t want,
need, nor wish to pay for, 5 rods. So we have to individually bag them here for
re-sale.
But we can assure you, with 100% honesty and authority, that they are indeed Genuine GM.
