My bad; should have done some research on suppliers of replacement sheet metal. I purchased the Canadian made panels from NPD, relying on the excellent service and usual quality they provide. Unfortunately these panel are unsatisfactory. They melt like butter when the arc strikes; very difficult to weld them to 50 plus year old steel. I would seek out another supplier for sheet metal in the future, with no disrespect to NPD.

This Canadian Made thicker piece, worked nicely with the US Made, thicker steel floor pan in my '66 coupe. I only needed the lower section of the Toe Board, so some cutting was involved. I purchased this item in early 2020, so I am uncertain about any "tooling issues," as mentioned on this site.
