Rear Window Defogger Switch, reproduction
This Rear Window Defogger Switch is a quality replacement that installs on the passenger side of the dash instrument panel above the rear defroster switch bezel.
Restoration Note:
1970-71 models with AC type defroster and 1973-1977 models originally used a barrier type switch which is no longer available. If your original switch has a resistor on the back it is a barrier type switch. This switch is a replacement style that will fit and function as original though is not a barrier type switch.

Had to return this product , one wasn’t the same as original. And decided not to put rear defroster in .

Received the first one, that didn't work. Wouldn't hold in either the HI or LO position. The switch would just flip back to the off position. Received the second one, and that operated the exact same way. Returned both and found an original switch on ebay. It's too bad that these switches didn't work, because they are an exact duplicate of the original.

Does not work as the original switch does. Switch has three positions, off, high, and low. Unless you physically hold the switch in high or low position, it returns to the off position. Have contacted NPD and had no response from them. Unfortunately I cannot give this product a Zero stars rating, or else I would!
