The build of the mirror seems to be decent, but the glass is 'hazy' (about the best I can describe it). I realize that it was less than $50, but modern mirrors have been around since the 1830s. They really should be able to make the glass better. The mirror does work and I can see better than with my 52 year old original mirror that was peeling inside.

We
have taken a look at a few examples of the C-10185-010C mirrors and
upon initial inspection find the same "haziness". We initially
tried a microfiber towel, then glass cleaner with the microfiber towel and
while it minimized it, the haze was still present. We then used a cleaner
/ polish and it was removed entirely with no ill effects to the glass /
mirror. It seems it is a protectant "film" put on by the
manufacturer to protect the surface of the mirror during manufacturing,
assembly and shipping.
