Good product, worst shipping. Truck freight twisted and damaged by the shipper. It's a trunk pan no big deal. If it was a hood I'd be pissed.

this is a complete floor pan includes all the braces underneath, has the six mounting holes with nuts --you don't need anything else but the bolts for the frame mounting. If you are thinking of patching the old one it may not be a good choice. I tried to buy that rear panel sheet metal at the trunk lock support and could not find. I tried to use the 3 panels to make it work and it was not like the whole panel piece. Make a good choice---I was impressed with this one. Arrived well, but its heavy.

this trunk pan has problems with the latch placement. It is a solid piece but beware about installing the trunk lock latch. The GTO forum has a good writeup to help---for example the latch is typically 4" from the back panel to the ledge. However this pan is about 5+ " from the tail panel fit to the ledge normally used to place the lock latch panel against. This results in poor trunk lid fit. Apparently the trunk pan being built wrong is a known subject. Just be aware.
