Bench test upon receipt showed item held vacuum. It didn’t come with OE fasteners but I had rivets on hand to install it. Started engine and ram-air flapper immediately closed as it should. It seems to be working ok. Have not test driven car yet with new item in place. Price seems high but difficult part to find.
