Factory color. 5x SMD bulbs are 3-4 times brighter than a stock incandescent bulb with less heat. Dash rheostat will function to some extent in most cases (there are a lot of variables that could effect this). “5x” bulbs have 5 diodes in a cluster and are only included for dash illumination. Standard single diode LED bulbs are used elsewhere. “Brighter than stock incandescent bulb” claim is based on a measure of lumens between a stock incandescent bulb and an LED bulb. How much actual light makes it to the dash face is dependent on many factors other than just the bulb lumen output.
Note: bulb fit can be an issue with 65-67 kits due to the steel stamped bulb bases and the inconsistencies of the stamped steel bulb sockets. Strict attention to the installation instructions is highly recommended.

The product was great in terms of better lighting for the rally pack but the lights should be made to fit the sockets so you don't have to use rubber washers or alter the springs in the sockets. In my opinion the rubber washers didn't seem to make any difference.

These lights look amazing. Color and lumen output is perfect. I live near Los Angeles and if I order my parts early in the day, I always get them the next day. No need to wait a week when using NPD for my restoration parts.
