The use of a different length of fan spacer can easily remedy this, Thicker than original radiators may also need modifications to the saddle mounts to fit the thicker tanks and for the location of the drain cocks, 67’s using 24” extra cooling radiators, brass or aluminum, will require the use of 68-70 lower mounts (8052-1A, 1B, 1C) for a proper mounting, Aluminum radiators and heater cores require 50/50 mix coolant replacement at least every 24 months or 30,000 miles to maintain the necessary silicate levels that prevent corrosion in aluminum.

Bought one of these radiators about 5 years ago. They are made by US Radiator. The bottom tank sprung a leak at the seem after about 2 years of service (I had the radiator for a year before I put it in service.). Not worth the money in my opinion. You could buy 2 or 3 radiators for the price of this unit.

Have had this radiator installed for 6 years now and have not had any issues. Not inexpensive by any means but IMO another example of you get what you pay for and in this instance, a quality made in America product.
