This bracket did not match the original bracket on my 1966 GTO. Significant modifications were necessary to fit it into place. Also the hole for the rubber bushing in kit C-9023-461B was too small and had to be enlarged. Perhaps this bracket would fit a Chevelle better than a Pontiac.
