If you are looking for a OE style solution for replacing your original quad shock mounting hardware then NPD has you covered! This quad shock mounting kit includes all factory Ford hardware that will ensure a proper fit and finish. This kit includes (2) OE style Hex Head Flanged bolts that feature a silver finish as well as a 10.9 class grade. The kit also includes (4) Hex Head flanged Nuts with a class 10 grade they also features the correct nylon locking insert designed. Finally the (4) OE style washer are included to ensure proper installation. This kit is designed to mount both the RH and LH side quad shocks into the rear axle bracket as well as the upper frame bracket. Restoration Note:

This kit is designed using all original Ford hardware. This kit is as close to original for the 1999-2004 model years as possible. In 1999 Ford changed the finish to silver and nut design in have a nylon insert for locking. This kit can be used on all 1987-1998 model years if you are wanting to go with Ford style hardware.

Installation Note:

This kit includes (4) Hex head flanged nuts. Fords listing dose not show the exact year break but sometime in the mid to late 80s Ford no longer used a nut on the axle end bracket mounting position. The bracket featured a welded on thread nut that the bolt would thread into. This kit includes enough nuts to ensure either mounting style. If your original car has the welded style bracket on the rear axle you will only need to use 2 of the 4 nuts included.
