Generally the pulley is pretty good, but overpriced. There’s a bit of welding splatter on the backside giving a rough texture under the black finish. I did have to sand the hole a bit to remove the black coating and open up the I.D. for a better fit on my replacement Dorman PS Pump.

This part would not fit onto my power steering pump. The inside of the pulley was painted had to remove the paint still wouldn’t press on to the collar of the shaft.
