Correct early style weave texture. Can be dyed to match other colors. Research shows that there are several variations of windlace used during the mid to late 60s. Different suppliers have different styles of patterns and these variations can be found year to year and in some cases month to month. Variations between assembly plants have also been noted.

This is a really good-looking, quality part. I have an older car that would probably require the "smooth" type windlace to be concours correct, but since mine's a restomod I like the weave pattern better. Metal core is tough and holds shape well.

Very nice cosmetic part. I did not have them on before so not sure about originality, they pinch on and fit my 68 perfectly also they are soft and don’t catch on any clothes.
