Fits Cougar, if you're worried it might not because of the wheelbase difference between it and Mustang. Fair reproduction, but mine was a tad long at the brake drum between the shoe terminus and the ferrule that locks into the backing plate. Has half as many locking tabs as the original and doesn't fit quite as well. Compare it closely to your original before installing by measuring the end length to the backing plate ferrule and the total length. Cable is coated so it's less noisy than the original was. Just make sure it's off the exhaust. Pretty good part.
