Pretty close. Test fit your tail lights first. Don't be surprised if you need to drill out the spot welds and move one or more of the tail light mounts. Also, the trapezoidal shaped holes where the tail lights go seem to have an uneven edge. If you don't trim it to match the OEM panel the tail lights won't fit flush.
