These cowl parts fit well. This will work for A/C car, but you will need to cut and weld one of the openings shut (driver side). Very nice panel with decent gauge material. My only critic has nothing to do with the panel, but the painting. To do this install correctly, you weld the bottom panel to the car, sand, seal and paint this bottom panel prior to adding the top panel of the cowl. Follow this step and the end result is very good!
