This is a good quality pan and it's nice that it comes with a drain plug. However, the lip on the edge of the pan is too close to the bolts and makes it difficult to tighten the bolts with a socket wrench.

As others have noted very good quality overall. The seal for the drain bolt is soft plastic that you really need to compress to seal (I used thread sealer on the bolt as well). There are some clearance issues for bolts (I used new Item # 7A194-1KA). the stamped lip can interfere with sockets during installation. If I ever need to remove this pan, I will replace the bolts with Allen or hex socket stle bolts.

Good quality (Thick) pan. The lip on the pan is super close to the bolts when trying to torque the pan bolts. and the drain plug seal is way soft, so you have to really wrench on it to get it tight. It would be nice if ACP would have put a torque spec on the drain plug. Overall it is a good quality pan way better than stock.
