I have to disagree with previous reviews. This might be die cut but it does not fit (I have Ford panels). Large portion is to long frt to back by 1/2-3/4 inch. Top pad not even close. Had to make a pad out of foam I had on hand. Good enough I would likely buy again because large section fit fairly well. Just getting tired of parts that don't fit as they should. Might I add a thumbs up to the folks at NPD.
