Appears to be identical to the original part. I should note that thanks to Ford's extensive use of their "parts bin" when making cars back then, this also happens to fit my car, a 1976 Mercury Comet with power brakes. This was my very first car back in 1984 and thanks to this reproduction brake pedal pad, I can keep it looking good after the original part dry rotted beyond repair.

It's a break pedal pad it works by not falling off. No problems with pad. Shipping cost was way too much.
