I went through 2 of these and both do not work. The actual mirror is pointed up and will break the cables if trying to point the mirror in a proper position. My solution was to take the broken glass,pop the back plate off, screw the plate into a postion where I could see. then glue the mirror on. I have a remote mirror and cant go to a normal style as they are different mounting and base. Waste of $120!
