This unit is designed to be an exact reproduction of the original D9ZZ-16850-A hood ornament that was used on 1979-1981 Fox Mustangs. This unit features the correct style chrome running horse with proper Red, White and Blue background. They feature a peel and stick backing just like originals for easy installation.
Note: This hood ornament was not used on 1979 Indy Pace cars or 1980-81 Cobra models as they featured a different style factory hood that did not utilize a hood ornament.
Installation Note: These M-16850-1A hood emblems will fit all 1979 thru 1982 Fox Mustangs if you want to give it a custom look!
