Restoration Note:
These units are designed to be exact reproductions of the original E4ZZ-6104459-A Ford part number due to them featuring the correct texture for 1984-1986 Mustang. The earlier 1979 thru 1983 Foxbody Mustangs featured a slightly different grain then the later style. Those units were based of the D8BZ-5404459-A Ford part number. These units are so close more will hardly notice the difference.
Also 1979 thru 1982 Mustang did not have the upper 2 holes that were added for the 1983 thru 1986 version. These added holes were most likely to stop rattle noises in the interior.
