If you are looking for the correct center support bracket to mount your original or OE Ford Tooling Front Air Damn / Upper Valance panel well NPD has you covered! This new exclusive unit is designed to give you correct center support bracket that goes from the fog light bracket to the front air damn. This bracket is designed to be an exact reproduction of the original bracket with all the correct contours needed to make installation as easy as possible. This unit is based of the original D9ZZ-17C861-C Ford part number and is made from durable black plastic just like the factory unit. So, if your original bracket is missing, broken or bent due to a front end collision, look at picking up one of these new units from NPD today.

Restoration Note:

Each Air Damn uses (1) of these center support brackets / reinforcements and is the main support and mounting location for the lower air damn / upper valance panel. NPD part number M-17626-2A Front Air Dam from Daniel Carpenter does not include this brackets.

These units were also used on 1984-86 Mecury Capri RS models. Ford Listing show the D9ZZ-17C861-C unit as going all the way to the 1986 Capri model.

In the original Ford illustration this bracket is shown as the center support or reinforcement bracket. The front air damn also featured two side Z shaped brackets on both sides of the center bracket. NPD is proud to also offer these side brackets under part number M-17C787-1AP.
