This front fender rear bracket mounting kit from NPD is designed to give you all the OE correct style hardware needed to mount your bracket to the fender and side cowl panel properly. This kit includes (4) OE style hex head mounting bolts for bracket to fender mounting as well as bracket to side cowl panel. This kit also includes (2) OE style mounting clips that are designed to attach to the mounting bracket to help with proper side cowl panel installation. This kit is designed to mount both RH and LH side brackets. So, if your original brackets are in good shape but you are looking to replace your missing or rusted original hardware look at picking up one of these kits from NPD today!
Restoration Note:
Standard hardware was originally used on all 1979 thru 1985 Foxbody Mustangs. This kit includes the correct standard hardware to match original Ford front fenders The hardware in this kit is as close to original as NPD could source.
Installation Note:
*** PLEASE READ *** This hardware is designed to work with both original D8BZ-16C078-A Ford brackets or NPD reproduction brackets M-16C078-1A. It is also designed to be used with original FORD front fenders that featured the correct standard threads drilled in the backside. If you are restoring your 1979-1985 Foxbody Mustang and using reproduction front fenders you will need NPD part number M-16C078-3K kit for correct metric hardware. Most aftermarket front fenders are drilled for metric threads and not the correct standard hardware. Check your application before ordering.
