This OE Style A/C control switch mounting kit provides all the necessary hardware to securely attach your original or replacement A/C switches to the factory control housing. It includes (3) hex head washer screws with self-tapping threads and a Yellow Zinc dichromate finish, mirroring the original Ford part 42366-S36. Each switch locks into place at the back of the control panel and is held in by one of these screws, making this kit ideal for anyone missing original hardware or needing to replace rusted components. Restoration Note:
This mounting kit is designed to be as close to the original hardware as possible. The screws included in this kit have all the same features and finish as the original hardware units but do not have the original 'J' head marking on the topside.
Installation Note:
The A/C control panels from 1987-1989 and 1990-1993 share the same three mounting holes for switch installation, but their configurations differ; the 1987-1989 panel has all three holes positioned at the bottom, while the 1990-1993 panel features two holes at the bottom and one at the top.
