Great bargain on hard to find 18-tpi nuts. I replaces the strut rod bushing on my 1968 mercury cougar and had to cut one nut off. I could not find any place locally that had the 11/16-18 tpi nuts. Tried three of my local auto parts stores and told me It would be at least on week for shipping. Ordered this kit from NPD and parts were here in 2 days! I did not need the concourse version, but it is a nice touch at a great price.

Excellent product, worked well. Be aware that you should have the threads re-chased on the strut rods before installing new nuts and the old worn/rusty threads will cause issues.

perfect fit onto original strut rods. You'll likely have to run an 11/16-18 die down the threads on the strut rod as they get full of rust and paint. Die is available on Amazon.
