made in Taiwan, but that's not a bad thing! They usually make good quality repro parts. Very good quality. Fit and Finish is nice. on a 351W in a 67 coupe with brawler 650 - no problem clearing the hood. Heavy weight ford logo nut tie down. Have to cut the threaded riser to fit but a vise and patience is the key. Soft metal so a hacksaw will do nicely. Comes with a white filter, would be better black but not a deal breaker. recommend.
