EXHAUST KIT, CAT BACK, Sport Touring STYLE, T304 STAINLESS TUBING, W/ 4 BLACK MATTE FINISHED STAINLESS STEEL TIPS WITH BEVELED EDGES, INCL INLET AND OUTLET PIPES AND MRT HIGH FLOW MUFFLERS, ALL MOUNTING HARDWARE INCLUDED
The Mustang V8 MRT Sport Touring Cat-Back system has a loud, deep muscle car sound and is handcrafted in corrosion-resistant T304 Stainless Steel. This systems include T304 black matte finished SS 3.5" tips and 2.5" mandrel-bent tube. This system is engineered for the best sound to match your Mustang and provides increased performance from the increased exhaust flow.
The MRT Sport Touring is louder than the ChamberFlow. With the Sport Touring system you will experience a louder exhaust note during all rev cycles...idle, acceleration, steady-state, and deceleration. It has just enough exhaust presence with elevated sound to Get Noticed, Feel the Performance note, and packaged in a design without an excessive drone. How does one decide between the two? -- If you want loud to be always ON, choose this Sport Touring system. If you want to capture that "true" old-school sound of the original Mustang, the Chamberlow system (M-5211-123MRTB) is the one for you.
Application:
1999 thru 2004 Mustang GT, Bullitt, and Mach 1 with 4.6L V8 and solid rear axle.
